Monday- TEACHER WORK DAY / STUDENT’S RETURN TUESDAY Social Science: Reading: Math: Daily Data and Routines Tuesday— REVIEW WEEK --Pre-Testing Q3 Social Science: Discuss New Year’s and goal setting; Review Discipline Dozen Reading: Read, Farfallina and Marcel Review all letters/sounds (Bingo, smart board games) Review all HFW (snowball fight with words written on paper and wadded up; Bingo) NEW HFW-- go, from Math: Review all skills—shapes, colors, numbers 0-10; counting to 75 Introduce Place Value using unifix cubes Daily Data/Routines Wednesday Social Science: same as Tuesday Reading: same as Tuesday Math: Daily Data/Routines Investigations Unit 2—Counting Jar (creating equivalent sets) Representing quantities 6-10 with pictures, numbers, and words in journals Thursday Social Science: same as Monday Reading: same as Monday Writing: About friendship Math: Daily Data/Routines Same as Tuesday Friday Social Science: same as Monday Reading: same as Monday Math: Daily Data/Routines Investigations Math Stations Additional Classes/Notes: Library— This Week Music— This Week Counselor— Outside Playground—Thursdays 11:30-12:00 if needed Computer Lab—This Week
